After check-in I was assigned to a room that was dirty (they didnt clean after last guest checked out) and had the A/C completely dead. So I complained and got another room. In this second room, the A/C didnt function either. So I got a third room. This was finally an ordinary funtioning clean room but still very basic. 3 Room changes. Terrible experience.
This morning I had the buffette and the coffee machine was under maintainance so there was no coffee available. Food is OK but completely overpriced and service is very bad. If you get rooms in the farthest building then you will have to walk A LOT just to get from the parking lot to the room. Gym is very poor, the only thing that really works is the treadmill. The place is fine but for the price you pay service should improve.

Old fashioned hotel with ugly but clean rooms. Nice staff, good WiFi and nice pool. Quiet surroundings despite being in the middle of town. Not worth 100 USD per night though.
It was difficult to find the entrance, but once you realize you can go through the gate when you call the front desk, it’s all good. Not the best part of town, but close to everything. They charge per person, which is not the best but pretty common for most places I suppose?
The staff were accommodating in the fact that we’re very uneducated Americans and our Spanish is terrible. They used Google translate to communicate what we couldn’t understand and I think that’s rad af.
The grounds here are beautiful. Great food all around open pretty late ish which was great because we arrived late and drove from Quito.

Beautiful hotel with lots of amenities! The pool is gorgeous and the nature around the hotel is beautiful as well.
Good parking, friendly and helpful staff.
Great food options and comfortable rooms.
LOVE the embroidered towels.
Also, personally I had a difficulty with a rental car and the staff was so supportive and helpful my whole stay.

Beautiful place. The hotel has cabins and rooms buildings. They’re very comfortable, crispy clean, air conditioned, nothing luxurious but very nice. There’s a small chapel, a lot to walk around within the complex limits, huge pool, ping pong area. Oh, buffet. What’s better than buffet?
Something happened to this hotel. Pictures are nice and you’d think with price you’d get some value: wrong.
This place is very worn out. The pool was under construction so we really couldn’t use it. (We came 2 days prior booking the hotek specifically to adk about pool and hit water and none of this information was gifen in advance).
The gym equipment are un maintained so basically you could use only the hand weights. Hot water runs only from 4 am to 9 am and later on the day if its sunny (?) We didn’t get warm water on day one even as it was sunny day. The breakfast is a very minimal and basic.
We asked that onone to enter our room while we are gone, (they dont have these signs «please dont disturb»
and someone had gone to clean while we were gone for 30 min.
The staff also tried to enter our room while we were in the room. There was a Short knock and someone opened the door and tried to enter the room apparently to clean (?) Strange as the room had been cleaned 2h before.
Something very strange in this place. 🤔
Last morning they started some compression tool usage at 5.30 am just outside our window!
